This group of Canadian Connectors meets online via Zoom twice a month (Second Saturday and fourth Friday of each month). The purpose of the meetings is to offer each other compassionate listening and support, as well as to create meaningful connection with each other.. The members of the group are distributed from coast to coast (from Vancouver Island to the Eastern Maritime region). We begin each session with a grounding exercise, followed by sharing what are currents life and compassion work challenges are. There are five facilitators who alternate leading the meetings. We always welcome new members, and attendance is very flexible and open-ended.
