Biography
Andrew Soren is the founder and CEO of Eudaimonic by Design, a global network of facilitators, coaches and advisors who share a passion for wellbeing and believe organizations must be designed to enable it. Andrew has worked around the world to build values-based cultures, develop positive leaders, and design systems that empower people to be their best. He is part of the instructional team at University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology program and is a board member for the International Positive Psychology Association. He is an ICF certified coach and lives in Halifax, Canada.

Ancient thinkers have known for a long time that well-being is about well-doing. We need to take action to create a better world for all. That starts with compassion: for ourselves, for those closest to us, for those in our organizations and communities, for those around the world, and for the planet that we all share.
