Biography
Becca is the Executive Director of Living Room Conversations, a national nonprofit dedicated to connecting people across differences and within communities through conversation. At her core, she believes that when we better understand the issues that face us through the experiences of others, we are able to better care for and strengthen our communities.
Why I support the Compassion Coalition
Every day we are faced with the opportunity to contribute to narratives about who we are as individuals, community, and society. In a time where headlines increasingly focus on political polarization, loneliness and violence, I want to contribute to a counter-narrative of connection and compassion. Compassion asks us to see each other, empathize, and act to better the world around us. The GCC elevates those stories and efforts, fostering a sense of collective hope for our shared future.
