Biography
Debbie completed her PhD on compassion in 2019. She led the development of the award-winning Monash University “Compassion Training for Healthcare Workers” online self paced course which has been delivered to over 1500 healthcare workers and students and is now core curriculum in two medical degrees.
Why I support the Compassion Coalition
Compassion and common humanity are foundations for human flourishing, social connectedness, care and cooperation. They bring our humanity to the fore. GCC is an ambitious initiative with the potential for great reach. Through the combined efforts of many, such initiatives can thrive.
