Doctor of Neuropsychology (specialising in trauma and reflective practice). Masters in health and occupational psychology. Consultant for The Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales. Experience covering: terrorism, public service in the pandemic, policing through BLM and The Met, body image, nature and resilience. Practicing Buddhist.
Why I support the Compassion Coalition
Without compassion, brains struggle to make sense of our world and we quietly stand alone, unempowered. GCC gives us a unique chance to influence the political, socio-economic and environmental agenda like never before and to bring compassion to life for individuals who care. I want to help this happen.
