Ruchika is a General Partner at Wisdom Ventures Fund -- Building a future of greater human connection and wellbeing through technology.
Prior to joining Wisdom Ventures, Ruchika was at Google for 15+ years, where she led multiple People initiatives including scaling and establishing well-being, mindfulness and compassion learning programs for 170,000 employees in more than 200 offices around the world.
