Abule community compassion is a non profit charitable foundation in a society initiated in the republic of Uganda with it’s origin based on the spirit of compassion with humility for transformation, restoration and sustainability.
It will operate in whole for regions through districts of the republic of Uganda i.e Eastern, central, Western and northern regions. The main headquarters will be established in Eastern Uganda soroti city and have an office in each region and transit in each village.
Abule community compassion consist of three target groups of people of beneficiaries;
Poorest people, street people and homeless people in the whole world. The foundation was at a result of inspiration to God’s choosen people with spirit of compassion and humility.
VISION.
Transformation and restoration of hope, peace of heart and mind, life in it’s fullness among the afflicted and needy especially the street people,poorest and homeless people in the whole world.
MISSION
In compassion with humility we prevent, fight and stop injustices, corruption, violence, poverty and ignorance encountered by the street people through training them on skills to create jobs to change their standard of living.
CORE VALUES
The spirit of compassion with humility which is reflected through love, Mercy, patience, obedience to the will of God trusting in God’s Providence and holiness to allow the guidance and correction.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STRATEGIC LEARNING PROCESS.
To ensure that no one stays on the street more than one month.
To I dentify and help the street people, poorest and homeless people.
To show Love, Mercy and compassion to all those who seem to be rejected without looking at how sinful they are.
POWERS AND PREVILAGES OF FULL MEMBERS.
To vote the decision of the executive board.
They should apoint the project management team through standard recruitment procedures.
DISCIPLINE, RULES AND REGULATIONS OF MEMBERS AND STAFF.
Disciplinary proceedings shall be taken in case the basic principles and norms of the organization violated.
Penalties for proven violents the norms of the organization and any abuse of the office for corruption.
