Jon Kabat-Zinn
Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, is a world-renowned scientist, meditation teacher, and the founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). His pioneering work has brought mindfulness into mainstream medicine, healthcare, and society, impacting millions of lives worldwide. Jon is the author of numerous bestselling books, including Wherever You Go, There You Are and Full Catastrophe Living. His teachings have inspired a global movement toward greater awareness, compassion, and well-being.
Margaret Cullen
Margaret Cullen, MFT, is a licensed therapist, mindfulness teacher, and the creator of Compassion Corps. With decades of experience in mindfulness-based interventions, Margaret has dedicated her career to integrating compassion and mindfulness into education, healthcare, and social justice initiatives. She is the co-author of The Mindfulness-Based Emotional Balance Workbook and has trained thousands of individuals in mindfulness and compassion practices. Through Compassion Corps, Margaret is driving systemic change by supporting grassroots efforts to address inequities and uplift underserved communities.
