As the founder of the Global Compassion Coalition, Wellspring Institute for Neuroscience and Contemplative Wisdom, he helps individuals cultivate lasting well-being and resilience, drawing on his expertise in both neuroscience and contemplative practices.

Steven Hayes, PhD

Steven C. Hayes, Foundation Professor of Psychology Emeritus at the University of Nevada, Reno, and President of the Institute for Better Health, developed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), authored 48 books and over 700 scientific articles, and received lifetime achievement awards for his contributions to psychology and mental health.
