Rick Hanson, PhD
Rick Hanson, Ph.D., is a neuropsychologist and New York Times best-selling author, known for his books Hardwiring Happiness, Buddha’s Brain, and Resilient. As the founder of the Global Compassion Coalition, Wellspring Institute for Neuroscience and Contemplative Wisdom, he helps individuals cultivate lasting well-being and resilience, drawing on his expertise in both neuroscience and contemplative practices.

Steven Hayes, PhD
Steven C. Hayes, Foundation Professor of Psychology Emeritus at the University of Nevada, Reno, and President of the Institute for Better Health, developed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), authored 48 books and over 700 scientific articles, and received lifetime achievement awards for his contributions to psychology and mental health.

How much does the course cost?
The entire course costs only $199. All money raised is donated straight back to the Global Compassion Coalition

What do I need to be able to join?
All 3 sessions will take place online – you will need access to any device with a good internet connection and Zoom.
