Messages of Kindness

with Kathryn Lovewell, Deborah Rozman, Natalia Lavin, Robin Banerjee, Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer and Matt Hawkins

Kindness is a powerful and essential ingredient of compassionate action. Even a small gesture with the intent to bring ease, comfort or joy to another can make a world of difference. And kindness is contagious! Just one act can spark ripples of positive change far and wide. The Global Compassion Coalition is proud to be partnering with Kind Mind Academy to host this special community event to practice and share messages of kindness. There’s much work to be done yet, but let’s remember that the changes we want to see in the world are already taking place, and they start with us.
