Shame is a powerful and often overwhelming emotion that can have a profound impact on our mental and emotional well-being. We all suffer from moments of shame and it can stem from a variety of sources, including societal expectations, past experiences, and internalized beliefs. Left unaddressed, shame can lead to feelings of worthlessness, isolation, and self-criticism.
We hope you can join us for this powerful and meaningful practice.
