Learn to host a Compassion Circle
Train to be a Compassion Circle host and help people in your community find a sense of connection and belonging.
Become a Circle Host
A Compassion Circle is a space within a community – whether that’s a local neighborhood, a workplace, school, or hospital – where people come together to feel a sense of connection, care, and belonging.
The core elements of a Circle session usually involve a practice cultivating compassion, self-reflection, sharing, and empathic listening – all designed to help the participants know that they are valued and seen by others.
As a Circle Host you will be the person helping to create these spaces and the warm and inclusive atmosphere that make them so special.
